a selected key.
Using speed dial keys
You can assign directory entries to the keys 0
and 2-9:

Using the directory and lists
Call-by-call dialling
You can dial a call-by-call number directly by
pressing the C (call-by-call) key and select
the call-by-call number.
Storing the call-by-call number

Please follow this sequence:
1 Enter the call-by-call access number.
2 Insert "P" by pressing and holding the
S key if neccessary.
3 Enter the call-by-call number and
password, end with #.
OK
End with
, then enter name, such as „Call-
by-call"
Note:
The entry method may differ when using
different call-by-call Cards. VIP numbers
can be entered directly.
Sending the directory to another
handset
Preconditions:
u
The sending and receiving handsets must
both be registered to the same base sta-
tion.
u
The other handset and the base station
can send and receive directory entries.

Send Entry / Send List

Enter the internal number of the
receiving handset and press
Successful transmission is acknowledged
with the message Entry copied. . You can
transfer several individual entries one after
the other by responding
entry? prompt.
Please note:
u
Entries with identical numbers are not
overwritten on the receiving handset.
u
The transfer is cancelled if the phone
rings or if the memory of the receiving
handset is full.
