One-Touch Dial
Making a voice call using the One-Touch
Before using this feature, programme the desired names and telephone numbers into the One-Touch Dial
(p. 35).
Press (MONITOR) or lift the handset.

Display:
≥Check that there are no documents in the
document feeder tray.

For stations 1–11
Press the desired One-Touch Dial key.
For stations 12–22
Press (LOWER), then press the desired
One-Touch Dial key.
Example:

When the other party answers, talk into the
handset.
When finished talking, replace the handset.

Helpful hints:
≥You can confirm the stored items on the display (p. 39),
or on the telephone number list (p. 119).
≥You can use the EASY DIAL directory to select the
station name instead of using the One-Touch Dial
keys. Rotate (EASY\DIAL) until the desired name is
displayed, then press (MONITOR) or lift the handset.
