    Printing a journal report A journal report provides you with a printed record of the 30 most recent faxes. To print it manually, see page 80. To print it automatically after every 30 new fax transmissions and receptions, make sure feature #402 is activated (page 53).

    13. Paper Jams 13 Paper Jams Jams 13.1 Recording paper jam The display will show the following: – “PAPER JAMMED” 13.1.1 When the recording paper has jammed near the drum and toner unit Lift open the front cover (1), holding OPEN (2). Caution: The fuser unit (3) gets hot.
  • Page 75 Remove the recording paper (5), then remove the drum and toner unit (6) to allow the jammed paper (7) to pull free from the rear cabinet. Lift both green levers (8) forward until they stop. Remove the jammed paper (9) from the fuser unit by pulling it upwards carefully, then install the drum and toner unit.
