^ Place the food in the oven.
^ Select Moisture plus
"Moisture plus" (highlighted) and
"Descale" will show in the display.
^ Touch the OK sensor.
^ Select Automatic burst of steam or
select the number of bursts of steam.

^ Select a temperature.
^ Fill a suitable container with the
quantity of water specified.

2 bursts of steam:approx. 150 ml
3 bursts of steam:approx. 250 ml
^ Pull the fill tube forwards (located
below the control panel on the left).
^ Hold a container with the quantity of
water specified under the tube as
shown. Start the water intake process
with "OK".
