Change online status using the handset
You can change your online status anytime without going back to your computer.
1. Press Menu or LEFT key to access Skype™ menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select Skype™. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select USER STATUS. Press OK.
4. Select the online status you want others to see.
5. Press OK to confirm.
NOTE: Press LEFT during standby mode allows you to access the Skype™ Menu immediately.

Keypad lock

Locking the keypad prevents accidental key presses when you put your phone in the pocket.
To lock the keypad:
1. Press and hold # (KEY LOCK & PAUSE) Key during standby. The Key Lock icon is displayed. The keypad is
locked. Nothing will happen when you press a key on the phone except pressing Unlock
NOTE: When a call comes in, your keypad becomes active. When you end the call, your keypad will be
locked again.
To unlock the keypad:
1. Press Unlock. UNLOCK? is displayed. Press OK. The keypad is unlocked.
Forgot where you put the handset(s)?
Just page your handsets, and they will reveal themselves.
To page your handset(s):
1. Press and release the Page Button on the base unit. All the handsets in standby or screen saver mode
connected to that base unit will play a paging melody.
• Not ringing?
A handset will not play the paging melody if it is powered off, on an outside call and in the menu;
however, all the other handsets will still ring.
To stop the paging melody:
1. Press the Page Button on the base unit during paging, and all the handsets will stop paging OR
Press Stop on a handset and that handset will stop paging. All the other handsets will keep playing the
paging melody.
NOTE: If an external call comes in, all the handsets will stop paging, and play the external call melody.
NOTE: The paging melody will last for 30 seconds if no key is pressed.
