Switch on/off your phone

To switch off the power of your phone:
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button.
NOTE: Returning the handset to the charger should automatically turn on the handset.
Power Saver
In order to reserve battery power, the handset will turn itself off 30 minutes after the base has lost power or
unplugged from the PC. Please remember to power on the handset when the base is powered on.
Skype™
During the software installation process, you should have downloaded and installed Skype™ (unless it was
already on your computer). If you do not have Skype™, you must download and install if for your phone to
function. If you would like to use any of the premium Skype™ services such as voicemail, SkypeIn™ or Skype-
Out™ you will need to set up an account with Skype™.
To start making Internet calls, please download Skype™ and create a Skype™ account. For information on
how to download and use Skype™, please visit www.SKYPE.com.
Set your Handset's Clock
Once the base is connected to the PC and the USB driver is running, your handset will obtain the current time
from the PC.
However, you can still adjust the clock on your handset manually.
To adjust your clock:
1. Press Menu during standby.
2. Press Up or Down to select DISPLAY, and then press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select CLOCK, and then press OK.
4. Press Left or Right to change the HOUR, and then press Down.
5. Press Left or Right to change the MINUTE. If you set the time format of your clock to 12 hours,
go to step 6. If you set it to 24 hours, go to step 7.
6. Press Down. Press Left or Right to select AM/PM.
7. Press OK to confirm.
Set the clock to 1 hours/ hours
To change your phone's time format:
1. Press Menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select DISPLAY. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select TIME FORMAT. Press OK.
4. Press Up or Down to select 12 HOURS or 24 HOURS.
5. Press OK to confirm.
