Turn the system ON.
Press [VOLUME].
Press [K].
To turn the system OFF:
Press and hold [VOLUME] for more than
a second.
Press [K].

Load the audio source medium.
How to load an SD card
Insert the SD card into the SD card slot until it
clicks.
Insert the SD card so that the label side faces up
and the side with a cut comes on the right.
To remove the SD card:
After playback has stopped, turn the system to
standby mode and push the SD card with your
fi nger. When the card pops out, it can be pulled
out.
To use a mini SD or micro SD card:
Attach the card to a special adapter (commercially
available) and insert it. The adapter is inserted in the
same orientation as the SD card.

How to connect a USB device
Hold the device in the correct orientation and
insert the connector all the way. (page 10)
To disconnect the USB device:
After stopping, set the system to the standby
mode and pull out the USB device.

Select the audio source.
Rotate [JOG].
Press [INPUT SELECTORA/B].

Confi rm that the illumination is white and rotate
[JOG] to select an audio source (input source).

Start playback.

Press [VOLUME].
Press [E].
* The settings change according to the connected
component. When D.AUDIO Control is set to "OFF", the
input selection display changes to "PORTABLE". (page
32)
