Start Recording in Receiver

1. Go to the Survey | Post Processing screen. You will be prompted
to choose a receiver from the available post processing receivers
and the Post Processing screen will open.
Note: If you are currently connected to the RTK base or rover
receiver, you will not be allowed to enter the Post Processing screen.
If you tap Post Processing when connected to the RTK base or rover,
Survey Pro will check the receiver to see if it is currently logging
data. If it is, you will be prompted if you wish to stop data logging on
this receiver. If the receiver is not logging data, you will be prompted
if you wish to clear the RTK setup so you can set this receiver as a
post processing only receiver.
2. Choose Start Static if you want to configure a receiver to record
raw data at a stationary setup. Choose Start Stop/Go if you want
to configure a receiver to do stop and go data collection.
3. Tap Change Settings to select a new Recording Interval or
Threshold values.
4. Tap Setup HR to select an antenna type and enter the slant or
vertical measurement.
5. Tap Start Recording to create a new file in the receiver memory or
on the data collector and begin logging GPS raw data.
Note: Start Recording only begins the logging of raw data to the
receiver's internal memory. It does not send the station or antenna
information. For a static receiver, the Receiver Session screen is
opened and you then enter the station site ID and send the antenna
information to the static receiver. For a stop and go receiver, the
Receiver Session screen is opened where you can mark the start and
stop of sessions as you occupy points.
