GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Bose ® AmPlus ™ 100 business music
amplifier is a 100 watt amplifier that satis-
fies a wide variety of applications in the
commercial marketplace. The AmPlus 100
amplifier is a 2-channel, multipurpose ampli-
fier used in powering the FreeSpace
32, 32SE and 102 loudspeakers as well as
the FreeSpace 3 system.

COMPONENTS
The AmPlus 100 business music amplifier
has front end processing permitting the con-
nection and level adjustment of two sources:
left/right or source A/source B.
Power hookup, remote volume hookup, line
output connections, and provision for bass
adjustment are provided on the rear panel.
Option card accessories offer the freedom
to add additional sources, paging, or active
equalisation. Source or paging cards may be
plugged into option card slots provided on
the rear panel. Active equalisation can be
implemented by removing the chassis cover
and connecting the equaliser card directly
to the power amplifier.

Digital recordings have a wide
dynamic range – there can be

Your Bose expert will design a
system for you that meets your
needs. This includes choosing
either the AmPlus 100 amplifier,
M2150 amplifier or the 1600-VI
and 1800-VI amplifiers to deliver
the right amount of power for your
specific application.
The AmPlus 100 amplifier
comes with the ability to
connect to one source.
Additional sources, paging, and
active equalisation are added as
needed; customers do not pay
for functions they do not need.
The AmPlus 100 amplifier can
send paging to the zones where
you require it. Paging is clear
and intelligible. Page signals are
electronically filtered to
eliminate microphone handling
noise. Music gradually returns
to the original level after paging
for a smooth transition.
The amplifier can be desk or
shelf mounted. It can be rack
mounted using a specific rack
mount accessory kit.
