• Before using your scooter check
- Fuel tank
- Gear box/sump oil level
- Tires correctly inflated
- Lights and turn indicators working properly
- Front and rear brakes working properly
• Ensure tightening of following fasteners to
specified torques
- Cylinder head : 14.5 - 15.9 Lb-Ft
- Handle bar : 23.1 - 27.5 Lb-Ft
- Wheel nut : 14.5 - 19.5 Lb-Ft
- Front axle nut : 36.1 - 39.8 Lb-Ft

Free play for
• Front brake lever : 3 - 5mm (1/8 - 1/4 inch)

• Clutch lever : 3 - 5mm (1/8 - 1/4 inch)
• Accelerator grip : 4 - 5mm (3/16 - inch)
