3) Dismantle/Assemble the rear wheel. Engage the wheel nuts by hand (Do not
tighten).
4) Remove the jack .
5) Put the vehicle in 1st gear and tighten the wheel nuts.

Rear Wheel Installation

• Reverse the above sequence.
• Tighten the nuts securely.
• Check for free rotation, brake effectiveness and engine starting.
Warning
Do not forget to install the spring washer before Installing the wheel nuts, tighten
the wheel nuts securely. While removing the rear wheel protect your hand from the
hot silencer.
Caution
Once the wheel replacement is over, confirm the free rotation of wheel and brake
effectiveness.
