Click the Utility to enter the Utility installation page.
Please make sure if your windows OS doesn't install the .NET Framework, please
install it first. Otherwise, the Powerline utility will not work properly.

Next, install the Powerline Utility directly. A setup wizard will be popped up as
below, please click the Next button to continue. Then, follow the onscreen
instructions to finish the installation.
