Try the following
Run server program
Install server program
Connect whiteboard to
computer by USB cable
Uninstall server program and
install server program again
Please calibrate again
Take off battery and install
again.
Replace battery or charge
pen.
Replace pen
Adjust projector
Connect DC 5V power
adapter to supply power to
electromagnetic board.
Connect computer and
wireless receiver with USB
cable
Adjust wireless receiver's
position and make sure good
communication between
whiteboard and wireless
receiver
Shut off whiteboard's power
or wireless receiver's power,
bind the whiteboard again.
Adjust distance between
wireless receiver and
whiteboard.
