Error Displays

Use the chart below to check the printer status:

 Indicates LIT,
indicates flashing, no symbol indicates NO LIGHT.
1: Exchange the paper and ribbon as a set

Solution
Put in a new roll of paper.
Put in a new roll of ribbon.
Set the paper in the cassette properly, and
close the front cover.
Close the front cover.
Free the paper, and reset it correctly.
Fix the ribbon, and set it correctly
Reboot the printer (cycle power off/on)
Thermal Print Head is cooling off (auto
recovery).
