Extension Cords If you find it necessary to use an extension cord with the Model G5787, make sure the cord is rated Hard Service (grade S) or better. Refer to the chart in the standard safety instructions to determine the minimum gauge for the extension cord. -

The Model G5787 is intended for home or pro- fessional butchers and is capable of cutting through meat and bones. The stainless steel table and easy disassembly of parts allow for proper cleaning and sanitization. -

SECTION 4: ASSEMBLY Beginning Assembly The Model G5787 requires a moderate amount of assembly and setup. The following instructions have been provided to guide you through this process.
