9.1.1. Gas analysis function

The gas analysis function permits to control and analyze the combustion process and set up the gas supply
regulator (see p. 11.2 and p. 11.3, page 25). This function works in the heating mode or combined mode.
I order to activate gas analysis function, it is necessary to hold the button Кб (RESET) until the symbol
shown on display. For 15 minutes the boiler will operate at rated power. After this time passes the boiler
automatically returns to the operating mode. In order to switch off the gas analysis function earlier than in 15
minutes it is necessary to switch off and then switch on the boiler, using the button К5.

13.4.Boiler's operating logic

Launching the boiler in the heating mode occurs, if the actual heat carrier temperature in the heating system is 5
°С lower than the set one. Launching the boiler in the DHW mode occurs if there is water flow in the DHW line.
When switching the boiler on the following prelaunching operations occur:
1) The electronic board 11 (see p. 13.1 , page 27) checks the presence of voltage;
2) The pressure sensor 14 actuates. The signal about heat carrier presence in the CH goes to the electronic board.
If the CH is not filled, the boiler launching stops;
3) The electronic board controls the thermorelay 15 condition and the operability of the temperature sensors of
the CH 16 and DHW 17. If any of the sensors is out of order, this leads to the boiler's launching cycle's stop;
4) On the control panel's display the value of the heat carrier's temperature in the CH or in the DHW circuit is
displayed (depending on the operating mode).
If the boiler's launching stops because of failure, the error code is shown on display (see p. 14.1, page 34).

Boiler's operation in heating mode:

13.4.1.
1) The electronic board 11 (see p. 13.1 , page 27) checks the 3 way valve's position;
2) If the 3 way valve 18 is in the position , corresponding with the DHW mode, the electronic board supplies
voltage to its electrical motor 19. The electrical motor moves the 3 way valve 18 to the position for the
heating mode . As a result, the heat carrier from the primary heat exchanger will be directed to the heating
system;
3) The electronic board supplies voltage to the pump 7 (voltage presence on the pump's terminals can be
checked with a tester).The pump starts operating (the sound of operating pump can be heard);
4) The electronic board inquires the air pressure switch 1, its contacts must be opened. If the contacts are closed,
the boiler's launching stops;
