CONDITION
No sound .
No sound from Subwoofer .
VISO THREE does not respond to remote
control commands .
The internal CD player does not start
playback .
No RDS information .
Display shows "No Service List" .
POSSIBLE CAUSES
• AC power unplugged.
• Outlet has no power.
• Faulty/missing cables.
• Mute on.
• Speaker connections faulty.
• Subwoofer is off, not powered or improperly
connected.
• Batteries are flat or incorrectly inserted.
• Infrared receiver (IR) window of the VISO
THREE or IR transmitter of the remote control
is obstructed.
• VISO THREE front panel is in very bright
sunlight or ambient light.
• The disc is placed upside down.
• The disc is not placed within the guide.
• The disc is dirty.
• No disc is inserted.
• Station signal too weak.
• Station not transmitting RDS data.
• DAB antenna not connected properly.
• No DAB coverage in the area.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
• Check AC cable connection and outlet.
• Check cables.
• Switch off Mute.
• Check speaker connections.
• Power-up subwoofer, check Sub's AC outlet or
check connections.
• Check batteries.
• Check IR windows and ensure clear line-of-
sight from remote to VISO THREE.
• Reduce sunlight/room lighting.
• Place the disc with the playback side down.
• Place the disc correctly inside the guide on
the disc tray.
• Clean the disc.
• Insert a disc.
• Check station tuning. Adjust or replace
antenna
• Tune to an RDS station that supports
program-service name (PS mode) and radio-
text (RT mode).
• Check the connection and position of DAB
antenna.
• Call your local DAB broadcast providers for
coverage information.
