Adjust to when display 4:3 video.
This turns the gray sidebars to the black sidebars when watching normal mode
screen size area. It is always set to Off when the monitor powered On. It is
recommended to set to Gray to reduce the panel image retention.
(Not available for 720p/1080i/HDMI signals and in Teletext mode)
Adjust to when display static image.
If this is set from Off to Low, it helps to reduce the noise interference visible on
the static image, especially in the weaker signal reception areas.
(Not available for YP P /HDMI signals.)
