OPERATING YOUR HAND BLENDER To use the stick blender, insert the motor part into the blender shaft and turn until it clicks into the lock position. To use the chopper, insert the motor into the top of the chopper attachment and turn to the lock position. Only then, press the switch to begin. -

CARE AND CLEANING Remove the blending shaft from the motor body. Wipe the motor body and top of the cover with a damp sponge or cloth. Dry it immediately and thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners which could scratch the surface. To clean the blending shaft, wash by hand in hot water using mild detergent .Be mindful of the permanently mounted razor sharp edges. -
