CONDITION
Battery voltage is too low to operate the
scooter.
Motor disconnected.
Motor wiring fault.
Scooter won't operate because the
charger is attached.

SOLUTION
Check
connections
between
controller.
Check all connections to the motor.
Call your authorised Pride Provider for assistance.
Unplug the charger power lead from the off-board
charger port.
Call your authorised Pride Provider for assistance.
Call your authorised Pride Provider for assistance.
Turn the scooter key to the "off" position, then
push the manual freewheel lever to the drive
position, and restart your scooter.
Check all connections between the batteries and
the controller. If condition persists, contact your
