Though the password function is disabled, you need to keep the old password in hand should you
ever need to re-activate the password function by entering the old password.

Firmware upgrade

Follow below procedures to upgrade firmware version.
Only an SD Card is supported for a firmware update.
Do not remove the SD Card while an update is in progress.
Do not operate any buttons during the update.
Do not turn the projector off during the update.
To confirm that the firmware has been successfully updated, go to

Updating the Firmware
1.
Connect the SD card containing the latest firmware to the projector.
2.
Select Settings > Advanced > Firmware Upgrade in the main menu page.
3.
Select OK to begin.
4.
After the firmware is updated, please turn off the projector.
5.
Power on the projector and check the firmware version.

Selecting the aspect ratio

The 'aspect ratio' is the ratio of the image width to the image height. Most analog TV and
computers are in 4:3 ratio, which is the default for this projector, and digital TV and DVDs
are usually in 16:9 ratio.
With the advent of digital signal processing, digital display devices like this projector can
dynamically stretch and scale the image output to a different aspect than that of the image
input signal.
To change the projected image ratio (no matter what aspect the source is):
