This Hardware Service Guide contains information to help you solve problems that might occur in your

SureMark
4610 Model 1NF fiscal and fiscal ready point-of-sale (POS) printers and the Toshiba developed
fiscal solution. It describes the diagnostic tools that are available, error codes and suggested actions, and
instructions for replacing failing components.
For information on solving problems that might occur on country specific fiscal solutions developed by
Toshiba business partners, see the documentation that came with the country specific fiscal solution.

Calling for service
Before calling for service you will need the machine type, model number, and serial number of the printer.
If a fiscal subassembly is installed you will also need the fiscal serial number and other country specific
information from the label attached to fiscal subassembly. To locate the labels see "Printer information
label" on page 2 and "fiscal label" on page 3.
