If you see this on the screen:
Check Antenna Connection
Invalid Channel
Firmware Updating
If this happens:
You do not receive all the
channels to which you subscribed
Audio sounds too soft
Audio fades or has static when
listening
Try this:
• Make sure that the Indoor/Outdoor Antenna
cable is firmly and securely plugged into the
Home Dock . Make sure the cable is not bent or
broken .
• If the message persists, most likely the Indoor/
Outdoor Antenna cable has been damaged .
Replace the antenna .
• You have attempted to tune to a channel that
you have not subscribed to, or does not exist .
Select a channel to which you have subscribed .
• Your radio is being updated over the air with the
latest software . Wait until the update is done .
Try this:
• If you have not yet activated your service, refer
to the Activation section in the User Guide
which accompanied your radio .
• Call 1-888-539-7474 for further assistance .
• Raise the volume of your home stereo system
or powered speakers, or increase the audio level
of your radio until the sound quality improves .
Refer to the User Guide which accompanied
your radio for instructions .
• Check all cables for a firm and secure
connection .
