Displaying Radio Text

Text messages from a radio station can be displayed.

Tune in a radio station that transmits text mes-
sages.

Press the R.TEXT button to activate the Radio
Text mode. The display shows "R/T WAIT" for a
few seconds, then starts scrolling the text mes-
sage. It continues until other operation is per-
formed.

To cancel the Radio Text mode, press the
R.TEXT button.
• If there is no receivable text
message or the unit cannot
receive a text message properly,
the display shows "NO TEXT"
for 2 seconds.
