 Store the USB cable out of the reach of children to avoid the risk of injury.
 Do not try to disassemble or modify the scanner, otherwise fire, electric shock, or damage may
result. For servicing, adjustments or repairs, contact the sales representative where the scanner
was purchased. (The warranty does not cover repairs for damage resulting from disassembly or
modifications performed by the user.)
Do not use the device in abnormal conditions, i.e. the appearance of smoke, strange smells, odd

noises, etc. This may result in a fire, burns, or device failure. Remove the USB cable from the
socket immediately. Contact the store where this unit was purchased.
