 You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites, cream, instant desserts,
and eggs and sugar for whisked sponges.
 Don't whisk heavier mixtures such as margarine and sugar - you'll damage the
whisk.
 Don't whisk more than 6 egg whites or 700ml cream.

 Don't let liquid get above the whisk wires.
1. Push the wire whisk(f) into the whisk cover(e).
2. Fit the power handle inside the whisk cover(e), turn and lock.
3. Place your food in a bowl.
4. Plug in.
