Callscape has been tested and has BABT
approval.
You may connect it:
to direct exchange lines providing tone-

dialling capabilities;
to extensions with new plug and socket
•
arrangements provided with these direct
exchange lines;
to compatible switchboards. A list of suitable
•
switchboards is available from BT on
Freefone 0800 800 800. However, even
with a compatible switchboard, it cannot be
guaranteed that Callscape will operate
correctly under all possible conditions of
connection. Specifically, most switchboards
do not use Caller Display Service (CDS)
compatible signalling to provide details of
incoming calls. Those Callscape features
that use this information will therefore not
be available when used with such
switchboards.
You may not connect it:
to shared service (party) lines;

as an extension to a payphone.
