configuring
your new software
You are now ready to install your Callscape
software. We recommend that no other
applications are running during installation.
Your Callscape software is supplied on three f loppy
disks. Make sure your Callscape box is connected
and the power light is on before installation.
To install your software
• Run Windows.
• Insert Callscape Disk 1 in drive A.
• Click on
menu. In Windows 95, click on the
FILE
START
• Type
A:\SET UP
• Click on
Setup dialogue box. This will give you the
options of Express or Custom setup.
• Click on Express setup. Custom setup
allows you to select specific components for
installation and is only recommended if you
are an experienced user who may already
have installed telephony or data exchange
software on your PC.
• The Callscape setup screen will prompt you
to insert Disk 2 and Disk 3. Callscape
confirms when installation is completed.
A screen now appears, asking you to select
your telephone network details.
