TELEPHONE MODE*

You can connect your Traffic Assist to a
Telephone mode*
mobile phone equipped with Bluetooth®
> EN
wireless technology.
The Traffic Assist then serves as a conven-
ient hands-free device.
Notes:
• It is possible that some of the functions
described are not available with some
mobile phones equipped with Blue-
tooth® wireless technology.
• If no mobile phone us connected to the
Traffic Assist, unusable menu items
and entries are displayed as inactive
(greyed out).

Calling up telephone mode

Telephone mode can be called up from
the main menu

> Press the
Telephone
menu to call up telephone mode.
or
> Press the button in the toolbar on
the map display.
The telephone fast access function is
called up.

Telephone fast access mode

In fast access mode the last 50 numbers or
or the toolbar on the names which have been dialled, answered
or rejected will be displayed in chronolog-
ical order. Fast access mode is shown be-
low with example telephone numbers and
names.

Configuration of fast access
mode
In fast access mode, the
button in the main
ton for opening the telephone menu is
displayed in the top line. IIn addition,
provided that a telephone has already been
connected, the name of the network oper-
ator and the strength of the received signal
is displayed in the first line. You can call
up the navigation function using the
button.
The number list is shown in the line be-
low.
