The Home address key

In the Home address window, you can
enter and change your home address, as
well as displaying the address details.
> Press
in the settings
Home address
menu.
You see your home address, provided you
have already entered it.
To enter your home address:
> Press

The fast access menu appears.
> Press on a destination in the list in order
to enter it as the home address.
or
> Press on the
Other destination
in order to access the navigation menu.
In the navigation menu, you can enter
your home address in a different manner
(e.g. by entering the address details). See
"Structure of the navigation menu" on
page 42.
Changing an already entered home
address:
> Press

Change
The fast access function appears, further
operation is the same as for entering the
home address (see above).

The Volume key

With the Volume settings window, you
can set the general volume for voice an-
nouncements for each start of the Traffic
Assist, or switch off voice announcements
completely.Depending on the situation,
you can also adjust the volume in the map
display.

in the settings menu.
Volume
button The Volume settings window appears.
NAVIGATIONAL MODE
> The required volume can be selected via
the and buttons.
> Confirm your settings by hitting the
key.
WARNING
The volume of the navigation unit
should be set so that noises outside the
vehicle can be heard.
Note:
The volume can also be changed using
the volume control located on the side.
