Complaints procedure

Please contact your local dealer if you have
any complaints. The unit can also be sent
directly to Harman/Becker in its original
packaging.

Handling the packaging

Keep the original packaging in a dry place,
at least for the warranty period.
Note:
The packaging should be disposed of cor-
rectly in accordance with national dispos-
al guidelines. The packaging must not be
burnt. Depending on the country to
which the unit is supplied, it may be pos-
sible for local dealers to accept packaging.

Description of the Unit

The Traffic Assist consists of the basic
Traffic Assist unit, and the accessories in-
cluded in the delivery.

NOTICE
The basic unit and accessories must not
be opened or modified in any way.
Modifications to the unit and/or accesso-
ries may void the warranty

THE TRAFFIC ASSIST

Traffic Assist - basic unit

The basic unit contains all the electronics:
• an integrated antenna,
• a touchscreen,
• an integrated loudspeaker for the out-
put of messages during navigation and
for MP3 files and phone calls*,
• a microphone*.
On the sides of the unit, there are also
light bars as well as various connections
and ports.
