Problem
The machine does not emp-
ty and/or does not spin
There is water on the floor
The machine vibrates or is
noisy
Possible cause
The drain hose is
squashed or kinked.
The drain filter or the
drain hose are clogged.
The "anticrease"
option has been selected.
The "spin suppression"
option has been selected.
The laundry is not evenly
distributed inside the drum. manually in the drum.
Too much detergent has
been used.
An unsuitable detergent
has been used that
creates too much foam.
One of the connectors on
the water inlet hose is
leaking.
The drain filter has not
been properly screwed on
after cleaning.
The transit bolts have
not been removed.
The feet have not been
adjusted.
There is little laundry in
the drum.
The machine is in contact
with the wall or furniture.
Something not working?
Solution
Check the whole length of
the hose and remove the
kink.
Clean the filter or check
the hose.
Empty out the water by
pressing the button again
or selecting the drain
programme.
Release the button
and select the spin
programme or
the clothes have to be
spun.
Redistribute the laundry
Measure detergent
according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Use a suitable washing
machine detergent.
Check that the hose is
firmly screwed on at both
ends.
Fully screw the filter into
place.
Check that the machine
has been unpacked as
described in the Installation
section.
Carefully level the machine.
Correct operation of the
machine is not affected.
Move the machine slightly
away from the wall or
furniture.
