3.6 - COOKING FISH

Fish cooks very quickly and with excellent results. It can be dressed with a little butter or oil (or even left without).
Cover it with transparent film. Naturally if it ha its skin, this must be cut; the fillets should be arranged evenly. It is not
advisable to cook fish breaded with egg.

3.7 - COOKING DESSERTS AND CAKES

For cooking all cakes the oven must be preheated to the temperature shown in the table. Only after reaching the tem-
perature set (signalled by 5 beeps) may the cake by placed in the oven

oven only in Fan mode with the low wire rack in place. Further information, also regarding other
