8. Network Connection

The ControlSpace ESP-00 II processor includes a 10Base-T Ethernet
connection. For connecting a PC directly to the ESP processor, use the
supplied crossover cable. When connecting directly into a switched
network, use F/UTP Cat5e network cables.
Default IP address: 192.168.0.160

9. Power Cord Connection and Switch

The ESP-00 II processor can operate with AC mains line voltages from 85 to 264 volts AC at 50/60 Hz and uses a removable IEC power
cord. Power consumption is less than 35VA and maximum power consumption is less than 70VA at less than 95ºF (35ºC) ambient.
The power switch is located on the rear panel, adjacent to the power cord inlet.
10. Configuration with ControlSpace
Designer™ Software
®
With a network connection in place and ControlSpace Designer software installed, use the Update Firmware tool inside ControlSpace
Designer software to scan and update the ESP-00 II processor. Once the ESP processor status reads "up-to-date" in the firmware
panel, proceed with your system design using ControlSpace Designer software. For full details on using ControlSpace Designer
software to configure, control, and monitor the ESP processor or entire systems built with Bose networked system electronics,
