The Shoprider STREAMER 888WB chair may only be charging to six bars due to a potential fault or issue such as battery degradation, charger malfunction, or environmental factors like temperature. It may also indicate that the charger is not completing the charge cycle or the battery gauge is not displaying correctly. Check battery connections, ensure the charger is functioning properly, and confirm the batteries are not damaged or worn out.
