Victor Company of Japan, Ltd. (JVC) announced today the Japanese release of the
Everio GZ-MC500 high-resolution digital media camera with a newly developed 3-CCD
camera system, as part of its popular new Everio lineup. The GZ-MC500 is a new type
of camcorder that utilizes a one inch Microdrive® removable hard disk as the recording
media.
