Select the type of media to be used
(press the START key to
automatically select PLAIN PAPER).
1: PLAIN PAPER
2: COATED PAPER
3: TRANSPARENCY
(Note: The TRANSPARENCY
selection only appears if you inserted
a sheet of media in the manual feeder.)
The display will show:
SET COPY QUALITY

Select the copy print quality. Press 1
for NORMAL or 2 for DRAFT.
The display will show:
SET RESOLUTION

If desired, press the RESOLUTION
key to adjust the resolution and/or
contrast (the default settings are FINE
and AUTO).
Note: Resolution settings are FINE
and HALF TONE.

Press the START key to begin
copying.
