If the alarm time is reached when the device is in the standby mode, the device
sounds a tone and flashes the note text (if it is set) or Countdown completed. To
stop the alarm press any key. If no key is pressed, the alarm automatically stops
within 60 seconds. To stop the alarm and to delete the note text, select Exit. To
restart the countdown timer, select Restart.
Stopwatch
Select Menu > My Stuff > Tools > Stopwatch to measure time, take intermediate
times, or take lap times using the stopwatch. During timing, the other functions of
the device can be used. To set the stopwatch timing in the background, press the
end key.
Using the stopwatch or allowing it to run in the background when using other
features increases the demand on battery power and reduces the battery life.

13. Address Book

■ Save and manage contact information
To save and manage contact information, such as names, phone numbers, and
addresses, select Menu > Address Book > Names.
To add a new contact, select Options > Add New Contact. Fill in the desired fields,
and select Save.
To view names and numbers from a SIM card, device memory, or both, select
Menu > Address Book > Settings > Memory in use. Selecting SIM memory displays
contacts saved on your SIM card.
To copy names and numbers from a SIM card to your device or vice versa, scroll to
the contact (or mark the desired contacts), and select Options > Copy Contact and
copy the number to device memory or to the SIM card.
