Body
Use a damp, soft sponge or cloth to clean the body.
If the body is very dirty it may be necessary to use
a soap solution or washing-up liquid.
Take special care to keep the two ultrasonic sensors
clean from dust and dirt at all times. When the
sensors are covered in dirt (i.e. the sensors are not
functioning), the mower will run at a much lower
speed than normal in order to avoid hard collisions.
The low speed could mean that the mower does not
have time to finish mowing the designated area.

8.6 Replacing the blades

WARNING
Always use original blades and
screws when replacing.
Only replacing the blades and
reusing the screw can result in the
screw wearing during mowing and
shearing off. The blades can then be
thrown out and cause serious injury.
On Automower
five blades are screwed onto the blade
®
disc. All five blades and screws must be replaced at
the same time to ensure the cutting system is
balanced.
There are several different types of mower blades to
choose from as accessories, with different features.
Use Husqvarna AB approved blades only. Please
contact your dealer for more information.
To replace the blades:
1.
Set the main switch to the OFF position.
2.
Wear protective gloves.
3.
Turn Automower
4.
Rotate the skid plate so that its hole aligns with
the screw for the blade.
5.
Unscrew the blade. Use a straight slot or
cross-tip screwdriver.
6.
Pry apart the skid plate and blade disc a little and
remove the blade and screw.
7.
Screw tight the new blade.

8.7 Transport and moving

Secure the machine during transport. It is important
that the Automower
®
being transported e.g. between different grass areas.
There is an Automower
especially to facilitate transport. Please contact your
dealer for more information.
