1. Locate the left-side ROPS mount pocket
on the inside of the frame above the
wheel motor. Mount the left side base
weldment (item 9) in the pocket using
two 1/2 x 3 1/2 in. hex bolts (item 4), two
1/2 in. spring lock washers (item 6) and
two 1/2 in. hex nuts (item 5). Do not fully
tighten hardware. See Figure 5.

2. Locate the right-side ROPS mount
pocket on the inside of the frame above
the wheel motor. Mount the right side
base weldment (item 8) in the pocket
using two 1/2 x 3 1/2 in. hex bolts (item
4), two 1/2 x 3 1/2 in. hex bolts (item 4)
and two 1/2 in. spring lock washers (item
6). Do not fully tighten hardware. See
Figure 6.
Install Center Tube
1. Position center tube weldment (item 10)
in right- and left-side base weldments
with the top angle facing the rear of the
unit. Secure with two 1/2 x 3 1/4 in. hex
bolts (item 3) and two 1/2 in. center lock
nuts (item 7). Ensure that hinge bolts are
positioned to the rear of the unit. Do not
fully tighten. See Figure 7.

2. Install two ROPS lock pins (item 1) and
two 5/16 x 3/4 in. round knobs (item 2).
See Figure 7.
3. Torque lower mounting hardware
installed in steps 1 and 2 of Install Base
Weldments on page 13 to 80 lbf-ft (109
N•m).
4. Tighten upper mounting hardware
installed in step 1 until they just contact
the hinge plate. To ensure that rollover
bar can lower and raise correctly, do not
overtighten.
Tighten round knobs to prevent center tube
from rattling during operation.

Fill Fuel Tank

Fill fuel tank. DO NOT OVERFILL! See
FILLING FUEL TANK on page 19
