Radiator
1. Install:
9 Radiator breather hose 1
9 Radiator hose 3 2
9 Radiator hose 1 3
To radiator (right) 4.
NOTE:
Clamp the radiator hose in the direction as
shown.

Push in the radiator hose 3 until it contacts
the area a a . Otherwise it may cause dam-
age to the clutch cable.
2. Install:
9 Radiator (right) 1
9 Plain washer 2
9 Bolt [radiator (right)] 3
9 Radiator hose 4 4
Refer to "CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM"
section in the CHAPTER 2.
3. Install:
9 Radiator (left) 1
9 Plain washer 2
9 Bolt [radiator (left)] 3
9 Radiator hose 2 4
Refer to "CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM"
section in the CHAPTER 2.
4. Tighten:
9 Clamp (radiator hose 1, 3) 5
5. Install:
9 Panel 1
9 Bolt (panel) 2
NOTE:
Fit the hook a on the inner side first into the
radiator.
