TV Operation
Basic operation: Setting time
With this function, you can watch the preset program or place the TV set in standby
mode at set time.
For example, if it is 18:28 now, and you want to watch Program 6 at 19: 00, and turn
off at 22:30 (standby); and then to turn on again at 7:30 the next morning to show Program
12. The operation is as follows:
1. In TV mode press "MENU" button four times or directly press "TIMING" button, to
enter "TIMING" menu.
Press P+/P- button to select function option (it turns from white to green), then use the
"V+" button to select hour (it turns from white to green), use P+/P- button or direct
Program Number selection button to set hour; after completing, then press V+ again to
select Min., then use P+/P- button or direct Program Number selection button to set Min;
after completing, then press V+ button to return the function option.
If the "CLOCK" item hasn't been set, the colour of the "TIME ON", "PROGRAM",
"TIMER OFF" items are gray, and won't be selected.
2. Select "CLOCK" option (it turns from white to green), set hour at 18, set Min. at 28.
3. Select "TIMER ON" option (it turns from white to green), set hour as 19, set Min. as 00
(or not set it).
4. Select "PROGRAM" option (it turns from white to green), then use the Volume
Up/Down (V+/V-) or direct Program Number selection button to set the Program Number
as 6.
5. Select "TIMER OFF " option (it turns from white to green), and set hour as 22, and min.
as 30.
6. After 19:00, you must reset "TIMER ON" option and "PROGRAM" option, and set them
at 7:30 and 12 respectively.
