Problem
The espresso coffee is cold

Troubleshooting
Solution
follow instructions on pre heating the
coffee machine.
Wait until the green coffee indicator light
stops flashing before pressing the coffee
button.

Press the tank lightly so as to open the
valve at the bottom.
