Speaker Setup

You can select a speaker type and its size to get
the best sound effects.

Display the Speaker Select screen

Select a speaker you wish to adjust
When the speaker type and size are set, the
speaker crossover network and equalizer curve
are set automatically.

[Subwoofer] Sets the availability of
subwoofers.
[X'over] Displays the Speaker Crossover Setup
screen.
You can adjust the crossover setup that was
set automatically when you selected the
speaker type.

Select a speaker type
You can select any of the following speaker
types.
Standard, Narrow, Middle, Wide
Speaker cannot be setup when in STANDBY source
mode.

Crossover Network Setup
You can set a crossover frequency of speakers.

Select the speaker to set the crossover

1 Sets the High Pass Filter of the front speaker.
2 Sets the High Pass Filter of the rear speaker.
3 Sets the Low Pass Filter of the sub woofer.

Display the Crossover setup screen

Set the crossover
[Phase] Sets the phase of subwoofer output.
The phase is reversed 180 degrees when set
to "Reverse".
(Only when "Subwoofer" is set to "ON" in
Speaker Setup and "LPF FREQ" is set to other
than "Through")
[HPF FREQ] High Pass Filter adjustment.
(When front speaker or rear speaker is selected
on Speaker Select screen)
[LPF FREQ] Low Pass Filter adjustment. (When
Subwoofer is selected on Speaker Select
screen)
