Changing the Display
Use the DISP. button to change the information displayed on the picture
display.

Shooting Mode

Select from the following displays in shooting mode:

Information display

Level
Information display
You can specify the information displayed
each time the DISP. button is pressed in [DISP.
Button Display Setting] on the [Setup] menu.

• When [Information Display Mode] on the [Setup] menu is set to [On], information is displayed on
the picture display in the following cases even when the picture display is turned off. After the infor-
mation is displayed and operations are performed for several seconds, or when the shutter release
button is half-pressed, the information display disappears.
• When the Fn1 button, N button, t button, or Effect button is pressed
• When the mode dial or up-down dial is rotated
• When the ADJ. lever is pressed
• When the F OPEN switch is pressed to raise the flash, or the flash cover is closed
