The Backup Settings screen displays:

Click the Back Up button to save a copy of the current settings.
3.
Choose a location to store the .cfg file on a computer on your network.

Restore Configuration Settings

To restore configuration settings that you backed up:
1.
Select Advanced > Administration > Backup Settings.
The Backup Settings screen displays.
2.
Click the Browse button to navigate to the backup file (that is, the .cfg file).
3.
Click the Restore button to upload the file to the router.
Upon completion, the router reboots.
WARNING:
Do not interrupt the reboot process.

Erase

Under some circumstances (for example, if you move the router to a different network), you
might want to erase the configuration and restore the factory default settings.
You can either use the Restore Factory Settings button on the back of the router (see
Settings
on page 133), or you can use the Erase button on the Backup Settings screen.
