5. Use the CID/VOL (+ or -) button to scroll to RECEIVED menu.
6. Press the SELECT/TRANSFER button to confirm.
7. Use the CID/VOL (+ or -) button to scroll to desired CID record.
8. Press the MENU button to access the option menu.
9. Use the CID/VOL (+ or -) button to select DELETE.
10. Press SELECT/TRANSFER button.The display shows DELETE?
11. Press SELECT/TRANSFER button again to confirm the deletion. DELETED shows in the display.

1. When the Caller ID record shows in the display, press the menu button to access the
option menu.
2. Use the CID/VOL (+ or -) button to select DELETE ALL.
3. Press SELECT/TRANSFER button. DELETE ALL? shows in the display.
4. Press SELECT/TRANSFER button again to confirm the deletion.The display shows DELETED
followed by NO CALLS.

NOTE: Caller ID record should be in correct format for dialing as record cannot be
changed once it is stored in memory location.
1. Press the CID/VOL (+ or -) button until the desired Caller ID record is displayed.
2. Press MENU button to access the option menu.
3. Use the CID/VOL (+ or -) button to select STORE.
4. Press SELECT/TRANSFER to confirm. ENTER LOCATION shows in the display.
5. Press the desired memory location (01 to 10 on the number keypad). For example, press 01
key to select the Memory location 1.
6. Press SELECT/TRANSFER to confirm. ENTER NAME shows in the display. If the memory
location is occupied, the stored name and number displays.
7. Repeat Steps 9 through 14 in Storing a Name and Number in Memory on the handset.
