Press and release the chan/ans button to advance to the next clear channel.

TIP: Don’t use the TALK/callback or SPEAKER button on the cordless handset to activate custom calling service such as call waiting, or you’ll hang up the phone.

There are eight volume levels, and each press of the volume button adjusts the speaker volume by one level. ANDSET Adjust the cordless handset receiver volume by pressing the vol buttons on the side of the cordless handset.

Press the PAGE/intercom button on the base or int button on the handset when an outside call is in progress. The external caller is placed on hold. The charge/page button on the base or the handset antenna indicator blinks, and a paging tone sounds at both units.

Use the handset number keypad to enter a name (up to 15 characters). More than one letter is stored in each of the number keys. For example, to enter Bill Smith, press the 2 key twice for the letter B.

Each pause counts as 1 digit in the dialing sequence.

Use the CID review (up or down arrow) button to display the desired Caller ID record. 2. Press redial/delete. The display asks DELETE CALL ID? for several seconds. 3.

The caller identification information appears in the display after you hear the tone.

You have 10 seconds to enter the security code before the phone hangs up. You should erase some of the messages in order for the system to record incoming messages.
