WARNING: Driving while distracted can result in loss of vehicle
control, accident and injury. Ford strongly recommends that
drivers use extreme caution when using any device or feature that may
take their focus off the road. Your primary responsibility is the safe
operation of the vehicle. We recommend against the use of any
handheld device while driving, encourage the use of voice-operated
systems when possible and that you become aware of applicable state
and local laws that may affect the use of electronic devices while
driving.
Your vehicle may be equipped with a USB port located in the center
console. This feature allows you to plug in media playing devices,
memory sticks, and also to charge devices if they support this feature. If
it is a single USB port, refer to the SYNC supplement for more
information. If there are two USB ports (and you have a touch screen
system), refer to the MyFord Touch™ supplement for more
information.
Media hub (if equipped)
If your vehicle is equipped with the
MyFord Touch™ touchscreen
system, your media hub is located
behind an access door in the front
of your center console and will
contain the following:
1. USB ports
2. SD card slot
3. AV inputs
For more information on these components, please refer to the Media
chapter of your MyFord Touch™ supplement.
