Attaching the Shoulder Strap

The shoulder strap is designed to let you carry the camcorder from your
shoulder, and – when ready to record – bring the camcorder to recording
position in one quick movement.
1. Unhook one end of the strap from the
buckle leaving the tension band in
place.

2. Thread the end of the strap through
one of the strap attachment rings.

3. Thread end of strap back through
tension band and then through buckle.

4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 to attach the
other end of the strap to the camcorder.
5. Adjust shoulder strap's length by
pulling strap up through buckle and
adjusting in either direction.
Cautions: Turn viewfinder to the front
when using shoulder strap to prevent
damage to the viewfinder from bumping
against your body as you move.
Make sure shoulder strap is securely
fastened to the camcorder before using it
to carry the camcorder.
